Professional from day one! Kept me in the loop the whole time the car was at Elite. Clean shop which means a lot as they take care of the small details. Highly Recommend for your car repairs and general maintenance.

I had taken my car to this shop based on the availability in my area. I had severe stuttering and shaking in my car which was a result of a faulty transmission. Corey was very kind on the phone and repairs were quick. The only drawback I honestly had was communication. I was told I would be called back several times but I was the one to follow up on my own repair status.I was told that the alignment for my car was off by another shop and they were happy to rebook at my vehicle free of charge to ensure everything was in spec and safe to drive. Would use them again for any repair service.

I've been really happy taking my MB GLC to Elite Imports. They've performed the maintenance/repairs that were needed quickly and affordably. I also think they do a good job of keeping you informed of what maintenance items are coming up without hard selling anything you don't need.

Great place that takes reservations and could promptly get me in. Great communication on what was needed or time to complete. Will use again in future! And they were giving outboxes of Girl Scout cookies to customers.

They are the best, hands down. Accommodating and understanding are an understatement with these guys. Corey generously called an uber for me last time I dropped off for repairs - the best customer service I've experienced by far.
