Elite Imports & Repair - this company is an A-1 company. They are very friendly, they work with you whether you are in town or out of town. You can always count on being greeted with a smile, and a friendly person on the phone, and in person. They are trustworthy, and the mechanics do great work, and finish the jobs in a timely manner. Great job looking over the my son’s A3, determining what is wrong and fixing it the first time. They also throughly reviewed the car with my son as to other potential issues that may arise but zero pressure to address any of them it was just for future knowledge. I wouldn’t hesitate to bring your vehicle to Elite. You know what they say….”got to trust your mechanic”…and these guys are just those guys. Great work.

Took our yukon to the dealership and they told us it would be $1900 for a sensor. We brought it here to get a second opinion. Turns out there was a factory recall and was fixable under warranty. They didn’t have to tell us and could have charged us. Super honest companies like this are hard to come by now days.

Elite is not your ordinary repair shop it's absolutely a step above the rest. The respect, professionalism, communication and punctuality is unmatched. They took care of me and my vehicle. The comprehensive vehicle diagnostic is very thorough. It included pictures, and clear detailed explanations of what was wrong. It also indicated vehicle concerns color coded to show what needs to be done immediately and what can be done later. I will absolutely be returning for all my vehicle concerns (but hopefully not soon:)
