Very attentive and quick to respond! Starting with scheduling my appointment online everything was smooth and fast. They even get me to where I need to go! These guys are so appreciative of their clients and so easy to work with!

The best place ever, I will always take my car to them. They are honest, which in my opinion is rare these days. Littleton Mercedes wanted to charge me almost 2400.00 and Elite Imports & Auto Repair charged me 295.00. How crazy is that. Elite Imports & Auto Repair is amazing! Corey was very polite and answered all my questions. He let me know what was wrong with my car and did not try to pressure me into anything! They fixed my issues and I am very happy with this business. I will use Elite Imports and Auto Repair the next time I need service.

My son told me about this shop and I needed a repair on my 2007 VW so I decided to give them a call. They are a very friendly and professional staff. I scheduled an appointment and my car went in that day. No calls in the late afternoon telling me they couldn't get to it, despite having an appointment. They did an inspection and sent me a digital link to the problems. My car has been humming along ever since. I don't know the current rate for mechanics, so I can't say whether they charge more, less, or average. I will say earning confidence in a shop and their expertise was well worth their rates.

They did a fantastic pre-purchase inspection on a GLS 550 for me, love their online tool where you can see everything inspected and any issues are noted with detailed pictures as well. They saved me from buying a lemon, will definitely use again.

This is my first experience at this shop after purchasing an old (2006) Volvo S60. Corey and Joey took good care of me, and got my car back to running perfectly. I will definitely be back. They were great at communicating what was going on, what needed to be fixed, what could wait, and made me feel comfortable, which is saying a lot since I am not car person. I would highly recommend them.
