Started using Elite last year NOVEMBER 2021. Within 2 weeks they performed repairs on my 3 old vehicles that I purchased NEW in 2005, 2007 Jetta, and 2007 Ram. Please look at the **** at the near end of this long review for my comments that shouldn't bore you as the repairs stated below on these three vehicles. 2007 Ram 3500 6.7 Cummins (35,645 miles on odometer). Not the miles against the truck BUT its AGE. Upper & Lower ball joints replaced (tires showing funky wear pattern), water pump replaced (seal leaking), with New Coolant. This was the last vehicle serviced in the 2 week period. 2005 VW Passat GLX 4 Motion V6 (70,348 miles on odometer). Again its the AGE and not the miles. Replace Lower Control Bushings both sides (rubber old, cracked & 1 leaking). Replaced Timing Belt and Water Pump, Thermostat & New Coolant. 2006 VW Jetta Diesel (104,594 miles on odometer). Replaced Timing Belt, Water Pump, and New Coolant. Replace Diesel Fuel Filter. Replace Tail Light Bulb. **** All these repairs were completed at a lesser cost than the car's manufactured dealership price quotes (That also includes one well known independent service shop near Elite and me). If you have a question it'll be answered in a way you will understand what the problem is ..... with a smile. The 2006 VW Jetta had a problem that the car WOULDN'T start this June. I kind of rolled my eyes and thought "now what?". I gave the car to Elite to figure out what's the problem. A Long story short of what happened is that Joey made a mistake back when the car was serviced last November 2021. Corey called me to let me know that some error was made and that progressed as things do and finally damaged a timing sensor. With that sensor knocked out the engine will not start. THEY COULD HAVE LIED and I would have had another bill for a older car that looks like new. IF YOU READ Elite's OTHER REVIEWS past customers mention the honesty of the business owners. They ate the cost of parts & labor. They even replaced the new Timing Belt installed last November. The Timing Belt Cover was replaced later (again no cost to me). It had to be ordered. When the new cover was installed I had the AC checked because it was not cooling as it should. The price quoted from Corey was approx. $130 to $190. I said Okay. The VW Dealer quoted one price of $240. The final bill from Elite for the AC was $154.00. The 2005 Passat needed more work that I was already aware of before Elite started working on my cars back on 11/2021. That work was completed 6/21/22. Replaced Engine and Transmission Mounts. A very quiet car that wasn't anymore and the feeling of a slight vibration was solved with the new mounts!! The 3500 Ram needed to have Front End Alignment checked on their new Hunter Alignment Machine. Work Done 6/1/22. If you are a Veteran ... a 10% discount if you ask. You can trust them and their work.
