Everyone at Elite Imports was so amazingly helpful. Impeccable customer service is just intuitive for them. Less expensive options - in one case - were presented to me, but the necessary work was completed in a timely manner. Will not return to my “old” import car service company.

Bad experience, overcharge. I don't recommend it.

I really appreciated the professionalism. They said right from the start they would treat me right. I like the immediate text notifications with photos, showing what was ok, what was of concern, and the price would be to repair. Great experience, I will use this shop again.

I have a fairly rare and complex vehicle that needed troubleshooting and potentially have a mechanic fix. They were fantastic in listening to the issues and presented a solution that I agreed with despite the lack of data. So far the problem seems resolved. I was especially impressed with how fair their pricing is and then their communications stack where I could do everything over my phone. There were a couple other recommendations that I could pick ala carte in real time. Will definitely be using them again for my more complex issues that I am unable to resolve on my own!
