I had a great experience at Elite Imports Auto Repair. They diagnosed my 2020 Porsche problems, fixed the issues, quickly and efficiently. Excellent customer service, prices were reasonable. Everyone there is very knowledgeable. They fixed my timing chain on my 2015 Range Rover. We will be taking or Mercedes there as well for service. No more dealership service departments for us!

In the past, I’ve taken my BMW to the dealership for service but I usually received only average customer care. I decided to try Elite Imports and they provided excellent service from start to finish. From now on, I plan to take my car to Elite. Glad I decided to give them a try! Highly recommend.

I can only say good things about Elite imports. I've taken my BMW in twice, and neither time did I feel like I was being taken advantage of or treated any different then they might treat others. I have felt safe and confident in my interactions, the mechanics have been very thorough and they take the time to explain everything to me and why one option or the other is what is needed and they let me choose without any pressure. I'm very pleased with the shop and will continue to go back.
