Very impressed with our first time visit to Elite Imports! I was able to get my car in and fixed very quickly. Communication with Elite was impressive as well. I was kept up to date on diagnostic results and repair pricing.

Went in because of a noise that I've been driving with for a while and thought it would be a huge issue to have fixed, they took a look, found what i was talking about, fixed it, (turns out it wasn't this big deal) and now my car handles like a dream. They were informative and worked with me to explain the situation, as well as suggest what else could be done going forward. Very kind and patient people id add. They have an online work order system that includes pictures of inspections along with comments left by inspectors that's really helpful for seeing what they are talking about. all and all not a bad shop in the slightest

This is a great auto repair shop. I used them for the first time a few weeks ago and it was the best experience I have had in a long time. They sent pictures of the issues they found along with an explanation of each one. It was extremely helpful. They give the estimate in writing and let you decide what work is to be done. They were quick and efficient. I am very glad I found them.
