Prior to finding Elite Imports & Auto Repair I had taken my Ford Expedition to a Ford Dealer and a car repair shop in Louisville. Both told me I needed a new engine, which would likely cost $9K+. Elite gave me an initial diagnosis after getting inside the engine, but their finally price came in for even less money than their estimate. In short, they fixed the problem for about one-third the price of a new engine. Additionally, they went "the extra mile" by doing things like texting me a video of the inside of my engine, thereby showing me the source of the problem - as the engine was running! I'd never experience anything like that! It greatly helped me understand what the problem was, and how they could fix it. They were very courteous, personable and professional. I highly recommend them to anyone!

Very honest people there !! Which is Greatly appreciated !! They helped us even with my Claim and what to tell my insurance because they was not doing their job right and to find honest Mechanics nowadays it’s very hard because it didn’t seem like there was just in it for the money like they really cared about helping us !! If there is anything I need done with any of my cars I will go there because I know I can trust them ! Thank you guys so very much Elite imports !!

I had taken my Audi Q5 to two other mechanics who could not figure out why it was chugging. Eventually I took it to Elite and they found the problem, got it fixed quickly, and price was very reasonable. They are a great shop that I would highly recommend.
