Very professional! They diagnosed my Yukon and had it running same day! Elite has also serviced my 2000 Eclipse and did an amazing job at walking through what issues the vehicle had. Elite Imports and Auto Repair is the BEST shop I have ever used! I have been to a few and none of them compare to the customer service and work I received at Elite! I had an engine light come on and had been to another shop they replaced spark plugs and when I left that shop the engine light came on again, so I found Elite and took it to them. They checked my truck gave me a detailed explanation even offered to show me in the engine what was going on. They gave me a ride home and fixed my truck quickly. It was a major job and they went above and beyond. Being a woman having auto work done is way out of my comfort zone, I felt informed, appreciated , respected and comfortable that I had finally found a shop I can count on. I Trust these guys at Elite Imports and Auto Repair and will recommend them to everyone I know.
